Recreating a scene from nature on canvas with different colors of paint takes a real artistic talent combined with the technical know how to make it look realistic. Thus an individual should be well versed in the techniques used to make the landscapes or seascape oil paintings look like something one could step into. Thus if one wishes to concentrate on the background then the horizon line should be drawn to accommodate that decision. If in contrast if a painter decides that the foreground is the one that gets the emphasis then the horizon line will need to be drawn to reflect that.

Seascape oil paintings are often very beautiful to behold. It usually depicts in a way that is most interesting the ocean waves, the sand, rocks, and creatures that make up that world.
